Now for part two of the creatine myths, I’ll explain and debunk how creatine is not in any shape, way, or form a steroid, as well as how people think any other form of creatine besides monohydrate is better.

Let’s start with the fact that it’s not true when people tell you that any other form of creatine such as HCL is better than monohydrate. Many research studies have shows how anything besides monohydrate is either the same or actually worse. It’s never better. It goes the same when people say pills or gummies are better than powders, as long as you’re taking 5g of creatine per day, it’ll have the same effect, whether it’s gummies or powders or pills.

Lastly, some people believe that creatine is a type of steroid, which is completely false since it doesn’t even have the same chemical structure as a steroid. The only thing creatine provides is the production of note ATP in your body AKA energy!
