🛑 career advice you should NEVER listen to 🛑

regardless of who told you this advice (parent, friend, mentor, ex-boss), you should NOT listen!

here's why...

regardless of money, if you follow your passions, there's a high likelihood that you are going to ruin what it is that you love. when you do something for work, it becomes less joyful and more pressure-filled.

so instead, find a job that gives you some level of satisfaction (this is important so that you don't have your life + feel fulfilled!). then, use the salary and money that you make from that job to fill in the satisfaction gaps and do the hobbies, activities, etc that you truly love!
