1. be the glue of your team: bring energy + make your teammates excited to work with you, even over zoom

2. overcommunicate: remote work is inherently more difficult because communication is harder. so be the person that communicates consistently + efficiently

3. make your zoom calls interesting: because it's the easiest way to build coworker relationships in a remote world

4. written communication: there's more emails, slacks, etc when you work remotely, so make sure that your written communication is as streamlined + efficient as possible
