I did nail extensions about 4 times now? And I always go to home based businesses as I would prefer supporting locals! (Also because it’s cheaper 😏)

🔹This was my very first time doing nail extensions! I found her through a telegram channel and decided to hit her up😌

🔹She’s a university student and she’s super friendly!! The whole set was pretty cheap as well, I only did it for $35 (including extensions) 🤩

🔹Design is also pretty similar to the one I requested for and it lasted around a month+.

🔹However she’s very busy.. so it will be hard to book her. Also, she do not have a nail station yet, so we did it at the void deck 🫣 But will go back to her again 🤭

🔹I went to a different home based business for my second design! They had a whole room for their nail business (they also do eyebrows and lashes) and it was definitely much more professional! ✨

🔹They had almost 7 years of experience so they are very skilled 👍🏼 They did mentioned that they had a store initially but the renting was too expensive, so they decided to make their business home based instead!

🔹I feel that the outcome was much nicer than the design I’ve requested and it the extensions lasted 1 and a half month+ !

🔹However I paid like x2 more compared to my first design 😅 but it turn out dream so I didn’t regret it! Will definitely go back again!! They do not have ig, but do check out their carousel. ☺️

🔹For my third design, I went to a new home based business! If I’m not wrong, she started on November 2022 so it’s pretty recent!

🔹The design I requested for also turn out really pretty so I wasn’t that disappointed… But the extensions only lasted me A WEEK. yes A WEEK!?!

🔹The very first nail that dropped was my middle finger 😅 it dropped in 4 days!! I was so upset, it nails looked so cute but it didn’t even last 😭 🔹Continuously, the nail kept dropping and everything dropped out within one and a half week 💀 Very very disappointed and yes will not go back there again… But I can’t really blame her, she’s new and I risk it 😢

🔹I went to a different homebased business again! She’s also new so I risked this time as well.

🔹She really tried her best to do the design I requested for (I wanted pink instead of blue), but during the process she made almost 3 fingers bleed?🥲 (You can see my thumb bled)

🔹Design was quite nice for the price! But it took her almost 3 hours and 30 mins (idm the long wait but some of y’all might)

🔹However… 9 of the nails dropped within one week… and I’m left with my left thumb 😵‍💫

🔹It was a good experience but I wont go back again 😬
