Let’s make a Summer Salad ☀️

Who is ready to fast forward to Summer and enjoy this fresh summer salad with a crisp glass of Chardonnay on the side?!

You will need:

• Freshly glazed peaches

• Fresh strawberries

• Arugula

• Prosciutto

• Dried cranberries

• Goat cheese

• Candied walnuts

• Balsamic reduction

What to do:

We start with a base of peppery arugula. Arrange freshly glazed peaches, roughly chopped strawberries and gently pulled apart prosciutto over the arugula. Top off with candied walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled goat cheese. A generous drizzle of balsamic reduction ties all of this summer goodness together.
