3 Minute Triple Chocolate Donuts, Keto Donuts

Microwave Donuts

Easy donut recipe

Ingredients

1/2 keto flour

1/4 cup of cocoa powder

1/3 cup of granulated sweetener - swerve

2 tbsp of mayo (makes them moist)

1 tsp of baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp of vanilla

1/2 cup of water or instant coffee

1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips, no sugar added - bake believe

Pour batter into a donut silicone mold and microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Let donuts cool and drizzle melted keto milk chocolate on top. I also added no sugar-added chocolate hazelnut spread - good good brand on a couple of them.
