I've seen the 2 ingredient bagels, and some are saying they didn't like them. I decided to add a bit of flavor to the dough. Next time, I will add more seasonings to get more flavor.
Ingredients
2 cups of almond flour
1 cup of plain Greek yogurt (whole milk)
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of avocado oil
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Sesame seeds
Everything Bagel seasoning
1 large egg (for egg wash)
In a large bowl, add almond flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until combined. This recipe can 3 large bagels or 6 small bagels. Form your bagels, add egg wash and toppings.
My bagel toppings
One has garlic and onion powder with sesame seeds.
The other two are garlic powder and everything Bagel seasoning.
For 3 large bagels, bake for 40 minutes at 350°
For 6 small bagels, bake for 25 minutes at 350°
Once done and golden brown, let cool.
Enjoy with cream cheese or a sugar-free jam.
