Keto Chili Cheese Fries 🍟
Low-carb Chili Cheese Fries
Ingredients (Chili)
2 tbsp of avocado oil
2 pounds of turkey ground
1/2 chopped onion
28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Smoked paprika
Chili powder
Cayenne pepper
In a pan on medium heat, add avocado oil. Let oil heat up and add chopped onions. Add salt and garlic powder to onions and sautee.
Add turkey ground and the remaining seasonings. Once meat is cooked, add crushed tomatoes. Add more seasonings to taste.
Let simmer for 20 minutes.
Ingredients (Carrot Fries)
4 medium carrots cut into fries
2 tbsp Avocado oil
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Cayenne pepper
Air fry for 20 minutes at 400°
Assemble your fries with chili on top, add cheese, jalapeños, and sour cream.
