Keto Dulce de leche donuts

Keto Chocolate covered donuts

This trick will save you hours. Take whatever toppings you have and put them on your baked donuts. I used no sugar-added dulce de leche(the brand I used Kreche dulce de leche no added sugar) and melted some chocolate chips(bake believe).

Preheat oven to 350°

Now for the donuts ingredients (should make 12 donuts)

1 cup of carbquik

1 large egg

1/2 tbsp of vanilla

1/2 tbsp of cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/4 tsp of baking soda

1 tbsp of baking powder

1/4 cup of half-and-half

1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp of coconut oil

1/3 cup of granulated sweetener

1 tbsp of brown sugar substitute

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a donut baking pan.

Bake for 10 minutes. Let the donuts cool before frosting them.
