High Protein Yogurt Bowl

Though this bowl may look like a sugary snack, it isn't. It's packed with protein, which helps me stay full longer.

What's in it (I don't measure with this one ☺️)

Greek yogurt mixed with peanut butter, vanilla, and sweetener (monk fruit), topped with more peanut butter and sugar-free chocolate chips (I used Baked Believe)

To add more protein mix in your favorite protein powder that's low in carbs and sugar.

I place mine in the fridge overnight but if you want a low-carb ice cream treat, freeze it for a couple of hours.
