When it comes to the weather cooling down I want to make sure I eat some home cooked meals. The consistency can be a challenge so it’s putting together small portions to make a nice meal in a bowl.
1. Hamburger Helper with homemade garlic toast and green beans. Ideally I was gonna make spaghetti but i only had the macaroni pasta and it was delicious.
2. Potato Stir Fry with oatmeal and waffles for breakfast. Anyway I can add potatoes to a meal I will do so. Fruit is a great snack substitute for dessert whenever I crave some sugar.
3. Brown Sugar oatmeal with apples and bananas. From somebody who loves cereal I couldn’t deal with eating cold foods especially when I’m in a mood. Hot cereal is where it’s at.
4. Potato Stir Fry mixed with scrambled egg whites and beans. I love southern style food that isn’t too heavy so I feel beans is a perfect way to get full fast.
