EASY DOUYIN-INSPIRED LIP TUTORIAL 💋💄

💬 I’ve been hearing ALOT about douyin make-up these days and just from observation, its a big trend in east asia and now has captured the attention of the international audience

💬 Its full gist of what it is, is basically your innocent, youthful, doll face look of makeup and for this time I’ll give you an easy tutorial on how to do the lips!

STEP 0️⃣

Before anything dont forget to put on lipbalm to make your lips hydrated

STEP 1️⃣

Apply concealer to your whole lips to create a blank canvas and for the pinks and reds to shine, dab with your finger as seen in the photo

STEP 2️⃣

Apply a few dots of your lighter (preferably pink) shade of lip cream and dab lightly this will serve as your foundation for the lip look

STEP 3️⃣

Go over your lips with lipliner, not too much of a fan of overlined lips so just fill in the needed parts of your lips to make it fuller, and that varies from person to person

STEP 4️⃣

Apply again your lip cream but this time towards the middle of your lips

STEP 5️⃣

Next would be the red middle portion of your lips, apply the red lipstick as such

STEP 6️⃣

I wanted it to have a more blurred lip look so I reapplied (in small dots) the top of my lips and smudge them together

STEP 7️⃣

and now for everyone’s favorite makeup item, shiny lipgloss! Mine had quite a shimmer on it so that makes in more in brand with the douyin-style

STEP 8️⃣

You can apply the rest of your makeup and your done (let me know in the comments of you want an eye look next 😉)
