2024 IS A YEAR I WANT TO STAY HEALTHY & FOCUS✨🎉💪🏻

✨Hello pretty people! It’s Sha here! Today i nak share habits i want to bring into 2024! This new year i have new resolution and clear pictures ahead, and i hope all going well💕 This year i want to improve and be more focus!

First i want to start reading a book! Can yall suggest me a good book? Actually im a person who not into book! but this year i will try🤣 Everybody telling me reading a book can make us stay focus and rest our mind from a screen time!

Second i want to start journaling! I found this fun as i can plan my daily activities and goals and express my feelings here!

Third i want to try a new things such as pilates! I want to stay active! I hope i can stay that way😅 it looks fun but i never had a chance to try it yet.

Lastly, as im turning older, of course i want to eat healthy! i know this is hard for me, im a person who lovee lovee lovee desserts and pastries! I will start from not taking any sugary drinks!
