However, it can also be a great way to provide sensory input via the proprioceptive and vestibular systems 🤩
Hopscotch is fun for all ages. We used hoops to make it. You can incorporate single and double leg hoops, forwards, and backwards hoops, or even try making a sideways hoops to encourage lateral jumping! 🥳
