I, as an hr, kadang curious jgk bila applicants (intern) start tolak offer kita due to low allowance provided sedangkan belum lg apa2.
I nak tanya u guys, sama ada yg dh intern or bakal intern. Korg ok ke kalau intern tak dapat allowance? Ke, atau wajib bg korg utk dapat allowance as intern?
My experience lah kan, I pernah tak dibayar 3 bulan berturut turut time intern. Bukan dorg sengaja, but I think dorg lupa (well, ig, it's kinda sus tho. how can they forget it?). Tapi, apa yg membuatkan I rasa 'serba salah' or like "tak mintak pun tkpe kot" is because, I just do a single work; just a payroll for 2 clients with a total not more than 10 headcount. 1 client tu tak sampai 30 mins pun I buat payroll dia. Bayangkan betapa sikit and simplenya kerja I time tu 😂
So, bila I terdengar pengalaman someone yg tak diberikan monthly allowance time intern (like lit. NO ALLOWANCE), but he said the experiences he got were more than enough, I felt envy yk. Between "Got allowance but lack experience" vs "No allowance but numerous experiences", I personally choose the latter one.
What abt u guys? Korg prefer yg mana? Ada allowance tp kurang experience or no allowance/kurang allowance but many experiences?
p/s: btw, I tgh mencari admin intern tau. Sorang, and lelaki. Sesiapa yg ada kenalan tgh mencari tu share lah kt dorg ye hshehe
