First of all, kita perlukan frozen strawberries dan juga susu depends pada sukatan korang. Okay, macam biasa, anggarkan berapa banyak yang you all nak kemudian masukkan ke dalam pengisar.

Lepastu, masukkan susu low fat sebab kalau pilih low fat at the same time boleh kurangkan manis and gula, so it’s a healthy smoothie Kalau you all nak lagi sedap, option boleh masukkan yogurt okay. Lastly, blend sampai jadi pekat seperti smoothie. Since dah ada susu and strawberry ni manis, tak perlu tambah gula ye sebab nak healthy 😍
