OUR EXPERIENCE BUYING FIRST LANDED HOME (Part 3)

I am back with the third part of our experience buying our first landed home and this time around I will be sharing on one key thing that worth looking into when buying your first landed home that is amenity i.e. feature or facility of the property.

Other than location, developer’s reputation and reasons of buying your home, amenities are also important especially if the house is for our own stay. I’ll explain why:

WELL PLANNED LANDSCAPING

• When we went out to scout for our first landed home, we were attracted on how Gamuda Gardens was planned with detailed landscaping within the neighbourhood and surrounding it. The 5km beautifully curated park and lake is perfect for us to spend time as a family and for my husband’s running sessions too. The landscaping speaks for the name Gardens. It is perfect for picnic with the neighbours too!

24-HOUR SECURITY

• This is very important feature for us as we were so used to living in condominiums which are gated and guarded. The 24-hour security guard with hourly guard rounds and perimeter fencing gave us the security that we needed.

CLUBHOUSE

• To fit our active lifestyle, the swimming pool, gym and badminton courts are perfect for us and they are within reach. You can check with your developer if they provide these kind of facilities as they will give so much advantages for your family’s lifestyle.
