Story time: How me and my ex broke up

Part 1. This all started with me still liking my guy best friend who also happens to be my ex we were dating for four months and we broke up for the summer. Not so long after we broke up I got the news that I won’t be going to school with him anymore or any of my friends so I for some reason thought it would be OK to start hanging out with my exes best friend and then we started dating and my ex got really mad and I tried to apologize but i still have feelings for him so my ex told my boyfriend and sent screenshots of our texts to him. Then my boyfriend was upset so he told his best friend (btw never let your boyfriend have a girl best friend)… I got a text from her and this is our text chain. I will admit I did get defensive, but I felt threatened and that’s the way I grew up, protecting myself
