Yess….I know facials isn’t something groundbreaking but honestly it’s such a simple yet effective way to attain clear skin 💎

Hear me out okay !!

have tried and tested many skincare products but nothing comes close to the amazing effect that a good facial gives.

I used to do facials very on and off as I was so insistent that I could achieve glass skin with JUST skincare products but alas, my pores get clogged due to dirt and makeup which resulted in bumpy and rough skin = pimples 😥

And when your pores are clogged no matter how much skincare products you apply isn’t gonna help ‼️

There’s many benefits that I enjoy from a good facial

firstly, the most obvious one is getting clear and smooth skin after, usually my skin will be quite red due to the extractions but it generally clears up after a few days and ta-daaa perfect skin 😙😙

Secondly, facials is an amazing form of self-care, a break from my busy and hectic life. During the session I like to fall asleep and let my esthetician do the hard work 🙏also I highly recommend Theresa she’s from the Toa Payoh branch, she gives the most satisfying facial massages and even gave me tips and tricks to reduce wrinkles, fine lines and my overall skincare routine as well 😌like okayyy not gatekeeping any skincare tips I see 👀

And with clear skin I definitely feel more confident duhh not to tie my self-worth with how I look but it’s really nice to see my skin without any “flaws” and I am so in love with how my makeup application sits on smooth skin as I’m truly a noob when it comes to concealing pimples + I don’t like to apply makeup over my pimples it’s just sooo icky 😬😬

If you’re keen, I got the customised facial by @my cosmo life💗 (they have a clinic too~) which included hydro facial that literally scrubbed the dirt out of my pores (the amount of gunk I saw was 🤢) , I loveee my aesthetician - tereasea y’all gotta go to her man she did god’s work the facial I felt like I was reborn with a new face and the MASSAGE!! HEAVENLY!! my skin feels brighter and it’s pretty much the only thing that will calm my breakouts, till my next facial!
