There will be a machine attached to the body area of your choice(for me was tummy)It felt like I was doing ABS workout but i didn’t have to move or sweat at all. In the first 5 mins, the technician placed the intensity at 40% and it was pretty uncomfortable because I was not used to it yet. After that she asked me if I was comfortable to raise it to 50%, which I did but i did not feel much discomfort afterwards because i got used to it! This would last for about 30 minutes hehe so just take a nap or distract yourself by using your phone🫢 Photos i uploaded was my results after my first session😨and of course if you go for more sessions, you would have more visible results!
