Drinks at Wallich Manor

Went for some drinks at Wallich Manor in Tanjong Pagar on a Tuesday night and it turned out to be great experience.

I have made it a point to always sit at the bar for maximum experience, and the gentlemen who served us tonight worked their magic quite well!

What I drank:

🍹First round: Wildstyle (picture 3)

Sweet, citrusy and a little vanilla. My typical go-to flavour profile in a drink. The flaming rum was exciting to drink too!

🍹Second round: Nice for what (pictures 1 & 2)

I am all for drinks with a little bit of presentation and textures, so this smaller version of the punch bowl is an enjoyment to drink (bite into)! The concoction was served in a smoked dome, sprinkled with gold and topped with passion fruit pop pearls. After the drink, there is a very slight floral hint in the aftertaste. An absolute joy to drink really.

🍸Special mention: Butterfly effect (not pictured)

It’s a crowd favourite at the Wallich Manor, and a delicious, fragrant sip that I stole from my friend’s glass. The layers are sophisticated and sooo sooo interesting to savour. Definitely will go back for this!

They have free flow drinks for ladies on Wednesday, live DJ from Wednesday to Saturday. On Tuesdays they are more chill and actually close earlier. A great idea for people who just want a good chat paired with good drinks!
