Apply PR & BTO Application with Singaporean

Hi All, 1st time im here in Lemon8.

I'm here to share some of my experience with some couples whose spouse husband/wife is not Singapore citizen or is applying for PR currently, with child etc...

My status , Singaporean Married, Wife is Filipino, PR approved on Aug 2022. With 2 yr old child

Firstly: We married in 2020, wife become LTVP which is Long Term Visit Pass. and after 1yr we have our own baby, And that's when i apply for PR to my wife , waiting time slightly more then a yr and PR gets approved. with some visit to MP meet the people sessions and appealing etc... anyone's not sure can PM or drop comments I can advise better.

secondly, when did we apply for BTO ?

this is when our child is born, and i apply BTO with my wife and child as co occupier. 2 Singaporean with married spouse (not pr yet) .

1st appointment came but my wife PR still pending.

2nd appointment came after 1yr, PR approved. so we change my wife to co-owmer during our 2nd appointment..
