International Students in the US

Hey, I feel like not enough people talk about how international students have to put in extra effort to land the same opportunities in the U.S. When I was going for internships, I made it to the final interview rounds with PVH (you know, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, all that) and L'oreal Group. But just when I thought I had it, they hit me with the news that they don't take international students as interns. That crushed me back then. And the job hunt doesn't get any easier either because many companies don't want to sponsor H1B visas.
