Agoraphobia In The City - 10/13/24

Point being, I'm way more comfortable doing so much more that I couldn't do even last year. While I do push myself to do bigger exposures, the smaller, everyday stuff is really what has helped me thrive. Consistency is key! I'm so glad to be feeling more stable 🩷
