Agoraphobia In The City - 7/24/24

Today was pretty spontaneous and it all started with a notebook. Every day I try to do some type of #exposuretherapy and chose to incorporate it as part of my errands for the day. In a local FB group someone posted about a journal they were giving away and I'm always in need of some so I challenged myself to pick it up, including riding a very small elevator! I just went in and tried not to think about it too much. I took the stairs down because 😅 but overall the anxiety was minimal. I'm very grateful 🩷

PS: exposures don't have to feel so challenging and anxiety inducing all the time. I love my micro exposures and build up from there.
