Road to Recovery from Agoraphobia - 12/14/23

OK so a few days ago I saw someone post that the Brazilian body butter was back in stock at Trader Joe's so I really, really wanted to get one because I've been trying to hunt this body butter down for so long. And then my daily fortune (which I create myself and pull one a day) inspired me to go for it. I walked farther than before, shopped at TJ ALONE (even before anxiety I've never shopped there on my own), AND caught the bus back home 🤯 it was awesome!! The anxiety level was low, but still around. I got a bunch of yummy snacks to help me make it through the crowded experience, and line. Thankfully I went early enough that it wasn't as crowded as in the evenings. I also wanted to go today because I just got my food stamps and needed some items to cook at home. I'M SO HAPPY!! It was also so nice seeing some of the stores around, while I walked downtown. I pinned some on my Google map to check out another day.
