🍝 Lasagna Soup

The temperature has dropped here in the south so you know what time it is!!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

4 cups chicken broth

2 cups marinara sauce

1 can diced tomatoes

1 tsp Italian seasoning

8 oz pasta (broken lasagna noodles)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella

Fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:

Brown beef, onion, and garlic.

Add broth, marinara, tomatoes, and seasoning.

Simmer, add pasta until cooked.

Serve with ricotta, mozzarella, and basil.
