Ingredients:

- Sausage

-1 bag of pasta

- 1 1/2 C heavy cream

- 1 1/2 bell peppers 🫑 , diced

- 1 tbsp butter

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/4 C mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 C parmesan

- 1/4 to 1/2 C pasta water

- seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cajun seasoning, creole seasoning , chili powder, salt & pepper, (1/2 tsp to 1 tsp, up to your liking!)

Directions:

1.) Slice up your sausage. And dice up your bell peppers

2.) In a big saucepan, on medium heat, add in a 1 tbsp oil. Once hot, add in your sausage, add your seasonings, & cook for about 4 mins e/s. Take out sausage and put it aside.

3.) Add in 1 tbsp butter, add in your bell peppers, sauté for about 2 mins, then add your garlic.

4.) Bring heat down to low, add in 1 1/2 C of heavy cream, once it comes to a low simmer, add in 1/2 C of parmesan cheese, add your seasonings, and mix until nice & incorporated (make sure to add your cheese in batches so it doesn’t clump)

5.) Add in your cooked pasta, straight from the pot, so it incorporates pasta water. Top off with 1/4 C mozzarella cheese. mix. (if it’s too thick, add in 1/4 C pasta water)

6.) garnish with parmesan cheese & parsley

7.) enjoy!!!
