Meals in a life as a Pescatarian

I try to meal prep during the week for lunch so I don’t spend too much money. This is what I’ve ate in the last 4 weeks while switching back to bring a pescatarian. Switched my diet to a more simple diet because I believe I had gut/stomach issues. I definitely self diagnosed myself lol because it’s not rocket science. I payed attention to my body and how it responds to certain foods I eat and I notice when I’ve eat other meats I bloat really bad and I can’t 💩regularly (sorry TMI 🫶🏾). I do plan on going to specialist by the end of this year to make sure it’s nothing major wrong. Also I’d like to add I’m still practicing cooking, so my food might not look pleasingly tasty lol. I use to be the type of person that grabbed and went on about my buisness and ate out at every meal. I can honestly say I’ve gotten so much better. #pescatarian #pescatarianlifestyle #healthylifestyle
