What I keep in my Therapy office 📋

1. A diffuser. I always have it running for smells. It is researched based that essential oils can help stimulate the sense and be calming. I use this diffuser from Young Living! I LOVE it because it’s about the size of a normal candle and flickers like a candle!

2. Drinks! I have a Keurig for anybody that wants coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa or hot water!

3. Pillows! These pillows have been a huge hit for my office! Everybody sits down and immediately starts petting them 😂 it’s a MUST have!

4. Zen Garden! This is ALSO such a huge hit for all age types. The kids love making a beach scene. And adults just rake back and forth while they talk!
