I want to talk about my coffee addiction with you guys and how I stop it. I started drinking coffee when I was back in school, form 4. Then during my SPM year, I slowly stopped drinking it because of my anxiety 😬 attack.
After taking SPM I took a break from studying and didn’t do anything at all. Then, I started working for Starbucks that’s when my coffee addiction started.
At first it was bearable, but then I felt like I couldn’t live if I didn’t drink coffee but one funny thing about me whenever I drink coffee or I eat too much sugary food like pastries, I GET HYPER!! 😂.
Also, one of the sweetest things that I still remember which is my boyf called me "coffee girl" 🥹🫶🏻 because I love caramel macchiato, vanilla latte and even americano.
And whenever we went out dating, I will order coffee as my drinks but then this year on my birthday I didn’t drink coffee during our date, I drank "starbucks signature chocolate" and he find it weird HAHA 😂.
Then, naik semester baru ni. I decided to cut down my coffee intake because It’s hard for me to sleep if I drank coffee and my heart beats gets faster too!
