HOW I AM SPENDING MY LAST FEW WEEKS OF PREGNANCY

I can't believe I am almost to the last month of pregnancy!! It has truly just flown by and I am trying to do all the things to prepare for baby and labor and also soak in the last few week of my first ever pregnancy and as a family of 2! Here are some things I am doing to prepare and enjoy the last few weeks before we welcome our baby girl!

1.Bouncing on my ball and doing all my exercises! This is so important to get the baby in place for birth and open up your hips, I have been trying to do this daily by walking around 2 miles, doing my hip opening exercises and sitting on my ball rather than on the couch!

2.Setting up her nursery! This has been the most fun part, I have been nesting like crazy, and am having so much fun getting her nursery all set up and ready for her

3. Spending quality time with my husband! We have been trying to spend as much quality time just the time of us before we become a family of 3! We have been spending time in her nursery reading to her has been one of my favorite things ever!
