what can ADHD look like in adults?

There (used to be) such a misconception that ADHD was only an issue or only detected/diagnosed in children.

Well, that’s no longer the case (especially in women) and it can and does absolutely show up in adults as well.

Obviously being that each person is different, so will the ways in which their diagnosis shows up and makes an appearance.

Some common ways it DOES show up in adults is through disorganization, impulsive spending, time blindness, intrusive thought patterns, and in paralysis episodes caused by severe overwhelm. #lemon8partner #adhdinwomen #adhdadult
