ADHD hacks for ADHD kiddos

Just as every ADHD adult is different, so is every ADHD child, BUT there are quite a few life hacks or ideas that seem to work (often) for a majority of the younger ADHD generation.

Anything visual is generally a win (out of sight/out of mind is true for them as well) and the simpler the better with kids as in their room… KEEP IT SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE if you ever have hopes of them cleaning it. #lemon8partner #adhdkids #adhdmom
