WHY I LOVE MY ENGAGEMENT RING 💍💚

My husband did so amazing picking out my engagement ring!!

💚What I told him I wanted:

- a colored stone

- a stone on either side of the main stone

- oval cut

- white gold band

💚What he got me:

- a colored stone

- stones on either side of the main stone

- emerald cut

- white gold band

So let’s talk about the fact that he got me a different cut and honestly different colored stone. When I showed him pictures of rings it was always a sapphire stone and oval shaped because that’s what I thought I wanted. But I gave him all of the info and the rest was up to him.

I was so surprised with what he ended up going with!! And it was a good surprised. When I look at the rings I thought I wanted and the ring he got me, none of them compare.

Moral of the story, communicate with your significant other on what you want but also trust them to know you!!
