Ingredients:
* 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
* 1/2 cup almond butter
* 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder
* 1 egg
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
* Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
* Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, egg (or flax egg), vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
* Add Chocolate Chips: If you want to make them extra chocolatey, stir in the gluten-free chocolate chips.
* Bake: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
