Mashed Cauliflower Recipe

This mashed cauliflower recipe is quick, easy and so creamy! I love having this as a healthy side dish with steak, chicken, and pork. It’s a great alternative to mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, chopped

1 tablespoon butter

Salt

Pepper

Fresh herbs

First, boil the cauliflower until tender. Rinse and drain.

Place cauliflower in a food processor.

Blend until creamy.

Mix in butter, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.

Serve!
