2 INGREDIENT OREO CAKE 🤤

This base recipe literally only requires 2 ingredients - whipped cream and oreos!!!!!!

Of course, you can always customise it with other yummy add ons, for example in this video I topped the ice box cake with some melted choc, but that’s totally optional and more for aesthetics 🤭 I also added some coconut yogurt for a tangy flavour but again, completely optional!

I’ve also done a biscoff version with lotus biscuits and it was so good 😭 ice box cakes are amazing because you don’t need an oven, and is literally so freaking easy to make.

Steps:

1) whip 1 cup of cream till stiff peaks - it helps if your cream is COLD

2) crush some Oreos into the cream and mix well

3) layer your cream with the Oreos

4) let it set in the fridge - this gives the Oreos time to absorb the whipped cream which makes it nice and soft (giving it a cake like texture)

5) ENJOY!!! You can add some toppings like fruit and choc pieces if you wna be fancy 🤭
