⛔️Why BTV poofy bag in Ivory is not for me…

Hello lemon8 peeps!! 🍋✨

I’m gonna review about my thoughts on the bag I got from beyond the vines!! I bought their poofy bag in Ivory awhile back and this is my honest thoughts!! ✨

Poofy bag (Ivory) - $89

When I first saw the launch, I knew I had to get the poofy bag in ivory because of how cute it looks and I love that there was a detectable pouch that could be removed!! However after just 2 months with only 1 use, to my horror the bag started to turn yellow 🥲🥲 I was kinda disappointed since the bag was $89 which is much more expensive than other bags I owned.

But no hate to the brand, i love the brand still despite this because I just feel that maybe it was a manufacturing issue and that have cause the bag to turn yellow! They have curated many other pretty pieces that I have personally bought and owned! 🤍

If you have encounter the same problem, This is what you can do! 🙏🏼

1. Email the support

2. Send them proof of the bag that turned yellow as well as your order number!

3. The support will offer to refund you in-store credits or change for another colour

4. Head down to any of their stores to return the bag in exchange for in-store credits or swap colours

5. Show the store assistant the email that you contacted the support as well as your order number! Let them know the preferred BTV account u want to credit to or not they will credit back to the original account that you used to purchased!

I did so and got back in-store credits since I would rather use the credits to get other items such as the mini dumpling bag which I have been using for a while and I loved it!!! 🤍

Kudos to the BTV team for rectifying the situation and allowing for exchanges/ refunds in credits if not the bag would be wasted 🥲

If you’re contemplating to get the poofy bag, do it! It’s still the cutest poofy bag ever but opt for other colours!! 🥹
