this year, i learned the hard way that it is perfectly okay, even normal and healthy, to take a break. i just never learned how, and it opened my eyes to the true state of my mental health. now, after three life-changing breaks, i'm on a whole new path, and this time, i choose myself. my story isn't special or unique. it is shared with and felt by many around the world. if this resonates with you, know you are not alone 💖
