These are the two exercises that bodybuilders do religiously for shoulders. Obviously there are other shoulder exercises that are great to do but if you could only pick two, these are the main two. I make sure I’m hitting these every shoulder day. Chest day is also a great day to mix in some shoulders 💅🏻✨💪🏻
1. Shoulder Press. Could be with dumbells or with a barbell. This is the most compound style movement for shoulders. Considered more of an all-in-one movement that works multiple muscles in your shoulders.
2.Lateral raises. These work the shoulder muscle on the side of your shoulder. This is the muscle that many people wish to grow so that it is large and creates that capped shoulder look.
