WHAT AM I DOING WRONGG

i used both curlers on both eyes but even if u use one of the curlers it does the same thing. and i’ve tried other mascaras too like telescopic, maybelline, merle norman, and others i can’t really think of right now 😭 i’ve never changed my routine and my lashes used to look good even with the mascaras u use now that aren’t working! i haven’t even changed my curlers. maybe it’s the black rubber parts on my curlers? but where would i find replacements! i’m so lost here 🤦‍♀️ i have to take school pictures on wednesday please help!
