Why I switched to Garmin

I made the switch from an Apple Watch to a Garmin last year and I’ll never go back!

This watch has all the smart features of an Apple Watch and more! My favorite feature is that it stays charged for 5-7 days.

I also love that the garmin tracks stairs/flights. Something that my Apple Watch didn’t do!

There are endless workout tracking options and the steps/stairs is very accurate.

At night I track my sleep/body battery and during the day can track my stress levels. The Garmin makes creating healthy goals easy!
