One-pot, 12 minutes. This is my FAVORITE way to eat pasta.

Ingredients:

• frozen meatballs

• pasta

• beef stock

• heavy cream

• sour cream

• worcestershire sauce

• garlic powder, onion powder, pepper

• a tiny squeeze of Dijon mustard

• parmesan cheese (optional)

• parsley (optional)

Directions:

1. In a pot, mix together even parts beef stock & heavy cream, 2 spoonfuls of sour cream, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and a squeeze of Dijon mustard. Taste and adjust to your liking.

2. Bring the sauce to a boil, then lower the temperature to a medium-high boil. You will need to frequently stir the sauce to prevent it from burning. Add your pasta.

3. While frequently stirring, boil the pasta according to the recommended time (mine took 10 minutes). After half of the time has passed, add in the frozen meatballs.

4. After the pasta is cooked, cut a meatball open to ensure it is no longer frozen. If it is still frozen, turn the stove down to the lowest temperature and stir the pasta until the meatballs thaw.

5. Garnish with Parmesan & parsley. Enjoy!

Additional Notes: if you’re struggling to fully warm the meatballs, cut them in half once you are able to - this will help them thaw faster.
