productivity- Audhd edition

PRODUCTIVITY IS SO HARD.

I won’t pretend it isn’t, but when you set yourself up for success IT FEELS SO GOOD.

I have lived my whole life feeling like im playing catch up, it’s made me lose my love of learning and really just existing.

Fueling my body and my soul by doing things I love (like art, stardew valley, or papas cupcakeria) and eating enough food that makes me happy HAS CHANGED MY ENTIRE LIFE.

I have energy not just for surviving but to do extra stuff as well. I can do homework, hang out with friends, eat three meals, and shower ALL IN ONE DAY!?!?

I BELIEVE IN YOU!!!!!
