My Simple Engagement Day

Hello peeps!! After so long have not share new content with you guys, I finally back with sharing how I planned my simple engagement ceremony!

Since I want my wedding ceremony to be big, I believe it is best to have a simple engagement day with only my family and close friends. I don't want to have a mini dais, so I just bought some fresh flowers to place next the chairs during Sarung Cincin. I wore a long kurung from Tangsi Tujuh that I had kept in my wardrobe for years 🤣 and paired it with my mom's batik skirt.

For Hantaran gifts, we decided to give each other foods such as manisan, fruits, cake, and chocolate. Everything was more valuable because we DIY the dulang for Hantaran with our families (which I just shared in another post). Aside from food, the most crucial thing is the engagement ring. He got my dream ring from Megan Jewellery, and I love it!! We didn't hire a photog, instead, we had relatives and friends take photos with digital and film cameras.
