bar & lounge @ suntec w live band🎸

Dirty Blonde Bar & Lounge is newly-opened just 2 weeks ago & it is located at Suntec city, sky garden. They have a line-up of entertainment from the top bands and DJs playing from Monday to Saturday. Their outdoor seating has a Caribbean beach bar vibe while indoor is more of a pub/loungey kinda vibe (?). I love both settings, tho I thought indoor was better cause it was pretty hot outdoors, especially if you're seating near the glass window.

Here is what we had:

🍟Fries w Truffle $16

The fries are great!! Super well-fried, coated in a layer of golden crisp and soft on the inside. Though I thought the fries would be fried or drizzled with truffle oil, I guess the dipping sauce would suffice. The truffle sauce taste alil like a mixture of mayo, tartar and truffle. Overall, I love the fries!!

🦀Crab Pasta $24

The flavour was decent, and the pasta was al dente! pretty mediocre & I felt the crab flesh could have been chunkier. I could hardly taste any of the crabs...

🐙Octopus Pasta $30

This was what my friend had; it had a creamier base. She felt it was somewhat salty and only average. We have come to the conclusion that their main courses are a flop, but we would return for some laid-back drinks and catch-ups!

Chardonnay 75CL $10

Their happy hour ends at 7 pm & I lit ordered 1min before 7 pm. $10 for a happy hour white wine is pretty standard I feel (mb slightly on the cheaper side). I'm not a white wine expert but I do feel that it was alil acidic for my liking.

Overall, I think their main food is pretty mediocre but their bar snacks are great! I think this is a great place to drink with your date, catch up with friends or simply just be there for the live band. I would recommend seating outside if you're planning to be able
