Shu Da Xia Hotpot (蜀大侠火锅) is a traditional chinese hotpot located in JB. We drove from Tuas Checkpoint and took abt 30mins. As someone that lived in China for 3years, their hotpot is rlly authentic and definitely affordable!!

SPECIAL MENTION‼️

🦆Iceberg Duck Intestine - takes alot of courage to try this but it’s rlly surprisingly good! it’s crispy and tastes fresh

🦐Tai Chi Mashed Shrimp - better than any other shrimp paste I had in SG

🩸Duck Blood Curd - I had this in China before and I can say that their blood curd is rlly authentic and fresh

🐑🐖Lamb and Mutton Platter - must-get if you’re coming here!! Tender, fresh and looks so pretty!

🌾Rice Cakes with Brown Sugar Syrup - definitely authentic, taste exactly like the ones from China

🍧Bingfen Crystal Jelly - refreshing with a slight tint of sourness, perfect way to end the meal!

Needless to say, like any other hotpot restaurants, we get to make our own sauces from the condiments station. There are also free appetisers and ice cream!
