Choose to be happy until you feel it again. 💕🫶🏾

Step 1: Slow down, allow yourself time to be present. Try not to fixate on the future or the past.

Step 2: Spend time w/ God. Share your thoughts, ask questions, worship, etc.

Step 3: Start a routine & try to stick with it. Routine provides structure & sticking to it will help you feel productive.

Step 4. Romanticize your life. Picking the pink option may not make sense, but if your fav color is pink… get it.

Switch out the styrofoam plate for a formal dinner plate every once in a while. Pull out a matching set of pajamas instead of your 5th grade field trip shirt if you can. Treat yourself with whatever may give you a little spark! 🎀

Step 5. Make the choice. Sometimes it feels like we don’t have a choice, but on the days that we do… choose happiness. Whatever is in the way of your happiness, choose to free yourself from it. Keep going & remember God wants to help carry your load 💕
