Vegetarian Meals in Jamaica

Before going to #Jamaica I thought it would be a bit hard as a vegetarian, but to my surprise it wasn’t.

Now did I WANT Red Snapper, Ackee & Saltfish, Oxtails and everything else!??? Absolutely!

BUT I owed it to myself to stick through my challenge of becoming a vegetarian.

I will say I had the BEST veggie patties. It had callaloo, green beans, carrots & a lot of other veggies. Y’all…I was so surprised at how good it was!

Omg..I almost forgot to tell y’all I tried Pumpkin soup for the first time. My hotel was out of everything I asked for the night b4 I left & this was the last option but..

WHEN 👏🏾 I 👏🏾 TELL👏🏾 YOUU it was seasoned to PERFECTION 🤤 I was so upset I hadn’t tried it sooner. If you would’ve given it to me WITHOUT telling me it was pumpkin soup, I would’ve never known. I haven’t tried it since being back in the states, because I know it’s NOT gonna give what it gave in JAMAAAAICAAA 🇯🇲
